Questions We
Hear Most Often

Everything you need to know before working with us. If something isn’t here, message us directly.

Getting Started

Start with a free podcast audit. We’ll review your current production and send honest recommendations. If it looks like a good fit, we schedule a 30-minute discovery call to discuss your goals. We take on a limited number of clients at a time, so spots are genuine — not a sales tactic.
We start with a discovery and strategy call to learn your show’s goals, audience, and tone. Then you record and hand files over to us. We handle everything from that point: editing, show notes, social clips, and publishing. Most clients are fully onboarded and publishing their first episode with us within one week.
Yes. Our Podcast Launch package is built for exactly that. We handle brand identity, platform setup, and a trailer episode to launch with. You enter the market looking like you’ve been doing this for years. The launch package is a one-time fee of $3,499.

Production & Delivery

Every episode is delivered within 48 hours of receiving your raw file. This applies to all packages. It’s not a target or a best-case scenario — it’s a commitment we’ve maintained across 10,000+ episodes and nine years of production.
We work with whatever your setup produces. For audio: MP3, WAV, AIFF, M4A. For video: MP4, MOV, MKV. We can work directly with Riverside, Squadcast, Zencastr, or Zoom exports. No special format required on your end.
Starter plan: 3 major revisions per episode. Podcast Growth and Brand Builder plans: unlimited revisions. In practice, most episodes are approved after one round of feedback. We learn your preferences quickly.
We find the strongest 30 to 90 second moments in each episode and edit them into standalone clips formatted for LinkedIn (1:1), Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Each clip includes captions and branded motion graphics. Clips per episode: 2 on Starter, 3 on Growth, 5 on Brand Builder.

Scope & Fit

We work best with B2B companies, enterprise teams, and founders who are serious about their podcast as a content and brand channel. Our clients typically publish consistently and want a production partner — not just someone to edit files. We’re not the right fit for hobbyist shows or clients looking for the cheapest option.
Yes, most of our clients come to us after running their show for a while — either their current setup can’t keep up, quality has become inconsistent, or their team is spending too much time on production. We audit their current show, identify the gaps, and take over the production workflow from there.
Yes. Our Brand Builder plan accommodates episodes up to 120 minutes each and we’ve worked with enterprise clients publishing multiple episodes per week. If you have volume requirements outside our standard packages, message us and we’ll put together a custom plan.

Practical Matters

Completely. All content we produce belongs to you. We’re a production partner — we don’t claim any rights to your episodes, recordings, show format, or brand assets.
Our packages are monthly. We don’t lock you into long-term contracts — we’d rather earn your business every month by doing good work. Most clients stay for 12 months or more, but that’s their choice, not a contractual obligation.
We distribute to all major podcast platforms: Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, Google Podcasts, iHeartRadio, and more. For video, we handle YouTube and LinkedIn. On Growth and Brand Builder plans, publishing and scheduling is included in the service.
